Causes of a Poor Fitting Bra
The wrong cup size is a common cause of an ill fitting bra. Although many stores only carry bras with cups sizes from A to D, there are bras available in sizes from AAA to N. Full figured women might have the problem of breasts that protrude over the top or underneath cups that calls for going up a cup size. Opt for fuller, deeper cups that provide complete coverage of all the breast tissue than shallower cup styles to alleviate binding or spillage. Smaller chested women may find their bra doesn't offer enough shape or lift. This may be caused by too much space between the cups. Look for bras with cups that are closer together to provide proper placement and create cleavage. Size down if your cups dimple or gap.
Most of a bra's support comes from a well fitting band in the correct position around the smallest part of the back. Many women opt for comfort and buy a band size the number size on a bra that is too large. The symptoms of wearing a band size that is too large is that the band rides up, squeezing you high up on the back, and straps that are loose or fall down resulting in poor support up front. If your band rides up in back or you can fit more than two fingers underneath the band of your bra, try sizing down. For example, try a 34C instead of a 36C. Remember that cup sizes go down along with band size, so you'll probably have to size up your cup when sizing down your band. Make sure a new bra fits correctly when hooked in the loosest position. Bras stretch significantly after wear, so you'll be able to adjust the band on the second and third hooks accordingly over time. The center of the band in front, called a gore, bridge, or center front, should touch your chest wall and not rise up. Make sure the bra it is level from front to back and that your breasts are halfway between your shoulders and elbows.

Earlier this year, Aquis was granted its casino licence by the Newman government, subject to planning and environmental approvals, along with probity checks.
Aquis says the project will create more than 7000 construction jobs and when complete, the resort will have 20,000 staff.
However the collection of gambling debts in China is not permitted. It led to junkets earning a reputation for using violence and extortion to get their money back.
"That floodplain is about two metres above sea level so therefore it's exceptionally prone to flooding from the Barron River," says Professor Jon Nott from James Cook University's Earth and Environmental Science department.
The concept of an entertainment mecca being plonked in the middle of the world heritage listed Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest is something many are finding hard to grasp.
Surrounded by mountains and with the beachside town of Yorkeys Knob less than a kilometre away, the farm is nearly impossible to distinguish from the neighbouring properties.
Existing Australian casinos also use junkets to attract high rollers, although VIPs only make up a small percentage of their players.
However Aquis's engineering consultant Pat Flanagan said the risks could be mitigated in the design process, making Aquis less flood prone than the Cairns CBD.
But Mr Fung who last week received clearance from the ACCC to acquire the nearby Reef Hotel and Casino in Cairns is convinced Aquis will become an Australian landmark and attract up to a million visitors a year.
The proposal for Australia's biggest integrated resort on a 340 hectare site includes 7500 luxury hotel rooms, an aquarium, theatres, conference centres and a sporting precinct with an 18 hole golf course.
Social workers have also raised concerns about the impact Aquis's proposed 1500 poker machines will have, with Cairns residents already spending between $6 million and $9 million each month on the pokies.
About three quarters of the visitors would be from overseas, with Aquis set to mainly target the growing Chinese VIP gaming market.
Cairns at a crossroads
Critics have questioned the environmental and social impacts. Aquis will also be in business with Chinese based "junket" tours an industry many suspect still has links to organised crime groups in Asia.
"It's exceptionally prone to storm surges from tropical cyclones, so it can be flooded from both directions," he said.

Others aren't so convinced. While Aquis commissioned polls show support in Cairns for the project is about 70 per cent, a small local protest group has been established.
"I see our customer base being as far as the west coast of America and even the Middle East. Any place that an airplane can fly nonstop, that is our customer base," he said.
The selling point for Aquis over other competing VIP casinos in Asia, Mr Fung says, is the beauty of the Barrier Reef and the Daintree.
The crop harvesters are buzzing along at 93 year old Frank Pappalardo's sugar cane farm near Cairns.
The typical customer would play between $300 $500 per hand on card games, with high rollers spending far more, according to the company.
The first stage of the Aquis project could be finished in four years, although the first sod is still some way off from being turned.
The resort site is also located in a flood plain.
"The hardware as I would put it of the Cairns area with the two world heritage areas is not going to change. The predominant Asian customer base is not going to change."
The Aquis model will require the Fungs to adopt a similar strategy used by Macau's casinos, which source a percentage of VIP players through independently run junket tours. The deals often involve players being put up in the casino's luxury hotel suites for free.
Justin Fung, who is running Aquis's Australian operations, said the junket industry is changing and becoming more professional.
The junkets extend huge lines of credit and take a commission from the casino and the players themselves.
Aquis has already spent about $30 million on planning and consulting, Mr Fung said, and Fairfax Media understands the company will pay more than $40 million for the land.
Cairns Mayor Bob Manning supports the project, along with local and state tourism groups who believe Aquis will put the city on the world map.
If Hong Kong billionaire Tony Fung and his son Justin have their way, the property will soon be an $8 billion casino and resort that would trump anything currently in Las Vegas or Macau.

I rate the belt pretty high for its chic look, and admire her ability to still breath and talk while wearing it. I mean, anything referred to as a can be all that comfortable. The necklaces look pretty good too, but a little demure for my taste and somewhat disappointing given some of her past accessory choices.
I also discovered a late April photo of Obama wearing another wide belt, this time with a more casual look. Do I like this one? Not so much. Perhaps it her posture in this photo, or maybe just the choice of belts in general given the attire, but it just doesn look as flattering as it should.
The last time I focused on Michelle Obama belted look she took the spotlight on the cover of Oprah magazine. Two thumbs up on that one.

Admittedly, it takes some mental adjusting, especially after you put so much time and effort into your education and building an impressive work history. Yet it can actually be a freeing experience at the same time. Now is the time to pursue work that interests you IN A NEW WAY. Maybe it will be a change in the work, itself, or maybe it will be in having more time for work/life balance. Maybe it will mean taking your prior experience and giving it a different spin, such as teaching, mentoring, or tutoring others to do what you have done.
You might be interested in applying for a management position with your qualifications. If you not interested in management, emphasize that you retired, and are looking for work to make some extra money. Maybe that will make the manager realize that you not interested in his job, just interested in making extra cash.

There are companies who see older employees as a liability as in regards to medical insurance. DOWNPLAY EXPERIENCE ACCOMPLISHMENTS ON THE RESUME. A seasoned worker needs to develop a resume which downplays the extensive experience instead of appearing to be seeking the next rung up the career ladder. So the catch phrase is, "less is more." Following are a few ideas of what I mean.

I don have much experience overcoming this type of situation but I have been able to find employment by researching jobs that have a high turnover rate, these employers are already set up to embrace frequent transitions.
A) Use either a functional or combination style of resume format. It will help de emphasize your accomplishments and vast work experience.
D) Target the resume to the type of jobs you applying for. That doesn mean not providing the factual information and job titles,etc. But it does mean not elaborating on a huge number of accomplishments and tooting your own horn. Stick with your experience as it pertains to the job opening in question as much as you can. If you are still at a point of seeking professional level positions, you obviously can include more detail.
I don know what kind of employment you looking for but maybe you need to look for something different than what you used to doing. A change might help because it something you never done before and an employer might be interested in hiring you because of your lack of experience.
It also helps to sell your interest to the job rather than your skills. Applying for jobs you would like rather than just for a paycheck will show personal interest which may suggest to the potential employer you would be committed.

The fiscal deficit as a percentage of GDP was capped at 5.2 percent for FY13, as promised by the FM that he wouldn't cross the red line, as against 5.7 percent in FY12. The slippage in fiscal deficit by 0.1 percent over the original estimate of 5.1 percent was mainly because of a shortfall in revenue collection and rising share of subsidies in non Plan expenditure. However, the FM has stated that the ballooning current account deficit (CAD) is more worrying than the fiscal deficit. Rising imports due to inelastic demand for crude oil, passion for gold and inadequate domestic production of coal led to a higher import bill; making it difficult to finance the CAD when exports are shrinking due to slowing global demand. The FM highlighted that India needs US in the next two years to meet such a high level of CAD.
To satisfy global credit rating agencies and foreign investors, Finance Minister P. Chidambaram met his guidance on fiscal deficit through austerity measures and by sharply reducing Plan expenditure in FY13. As foreign inflows are the life support for the country's economy and maintaining low fiscal deficit is the key for continuance of capital flows, the finance minister has addressed the concerns of foreign investors. While a lower fiscal deficit should assure future capital inflows, the austerity measures will adversely impact aggregate demand. Nevertheless, the inflows should continue (with some clarity regarding beneficial ownership pertaining to tax residency) to improve stock valuations, triggering corporate investment and thereby stimulating economic growth.
Revenue receipts declined 4.0 percent in FY13RE to Rs742bn as against the budgeted amount of Rs771bn. The shortfall in receipts was compensated largely by a rise in non debt capital receipts at Rs381bn in FY13RE. This was mainly due to the higher proceeds that the government garnered from disinvestment in some public sector undertakings (PSUs), which received a better market response as compared to a year ago, enabling it to garner Rs240bn in FY13RE. It has set a disinvestment target of Rs400bn for FY14BE. Apart from these, the cut in Plan expenditure in the last few months has helped cap the fiscal deficit. While non Plan spending surged to Rs10,016bn; planned expenditure reduced sharply by Rs918bn to Rs4,292bn in FY13RE against the budgeted amount of Rs5,210bn.
Budget austerity measures to attract FIIs
Subsidies in FY13 rose marginally to 2.0 percent of GDP. The petroleum subsidy touched an all time high of 1.0 percent as per FY13RE and is budgeted to come down to 0.6 percent of GDP in FY14. Food subsidy remained muted at 0.8 percent of GDP. However, the pass through of the Food Security Bill is likely to shoot up food subsidy to over Rs1,000bn in FY14 as against the envisaged amount of Rs900bn and Rs850bn in FY13RE.
Disclosing beneficial ownership along with tax residency certificate has come as an unpleasant surprise for foreign funds originating from various Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) countries, as they had so far believed that only providing a residency certificate will provide them exemption from Indian taxes. We expect the government to clarify on this clause as the stock market fell sharply on fears that foreign investors may pull out funds if they have to disclose beneficial ownership. As capital inflows are extremely important for India, which is ready to implement unpopular austerity measures to appease foreign investors, we expect the government to relent on this clause.
Therefore, he announced a number of measures to attract foreign investors to India. Foreign institutional investor inflows for the period April 2012 February 2013 increased to US due to monetary easing in the West. Total expenditure as a percentage of GDP declined marginally to 14.3 percent compared to over 15 percent of the previous years when the government followed an expansionary fiscal policy to tide over the financial crisis of FY08. An absolute decline in expenditure on NREGA should allay fears that the expenditure will spiral upwards.
The finance minister (FM) assured that FY14BE deficit will be met. In a media interview, the FM stated that FY14BE fiscal deficit of 4.8 percent will be met even if there is a revenue shortfall, implying the expenditure could be cut further to meet the fiscal deficit estimate, which appears to have become sacrosanct. Such an assurance provides further comfort to foreign investors to stay invested in Indian stocks.
